I photograph weddings the same way I photograph everything else: warm, natural and unhurried. I'm watching for the quiet glances, the happy tears and the grandparents on the dance floor just as closely as the big moments.

Planning something small? Elopements and intimate ceremonies are some of my favorites, and both full-day and partial coverage are available.

Yes! Elopements and intimate ceremonies are some of my favorites.
How much does wedding photography cost?
Every wedding is quoted individually. Send me your date, venue, and the hours you'd like covered and I'll put together a custom quote.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
Wedding bookings follow a separate payment schedule. A 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed photography agreement reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event. See all of my photography policies.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I photograph weddings across the Bay Area and Central Valley.
How will we receive our photos?
In a private online gallery, delivered digitally, so you can view, share and download everything.
Can we get the RAW files?
RAW and unedited images are not included with any photography service and will not be provided. Every gallery is carefully culled, and the best images are professionally edited and delivered in high resolution.

Booking Retainer

A $75 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your photography session. This amount is applied toward the total session cost.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. All session fees must be paid in full before photography services begin.

Editing & Gallery Delivery

Editing and gallery preparation begin following the completed session, provided payment has been received in full.

Professionally edited galleries will be delivered within 14 days following the session.

Online galleries remain available for download for 30 days after delivery.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Booking retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the terms outlined in the photography agreement.

Sessions may be postponed or canceled if payment is not received by the required deadline, in accordance with the photography agreement.

If weather becomes an issue, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Life happens, and I always try to be understanding. The sooner you reach out, the more I can do to help.

RAW & Unedited Images

RAW and unedited images are not included with any photography service and will not be provided. All galleries are carefully reviewed, and the best usable images are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution format.

Duplicate images, test shots, missed focus, closed eyes, and other images that do not meet my professional standards are removed during the culling process. This ensures every image you receive represents the quality and style of Moments by Renae.

Photography Agreement

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all photography sessions require a signed photography agreement and the applicable non-refundable booking retainer.

Your agreement will outline your session details, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling policies, image delivery, and other important information.

Your session is officially reserved once the signed agreement and required retainer have been received.
