Pregnancy is a season you'll want to remember, even the tired, swollen, can't-see-my-feet parts. My maternity sessions are gentle and relaxed, built around how you're feeling that day.

Bring your partner, bring the big siblings (they love getting in on the belly shots), or make it all about you. I'll guide you into natural, flattering moments so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands.

When should I book my maternity session?
Somewhere around 28 to 36 weeks is the sweet spot for most mamas, when the bump is showing but you're still comfortable. Every pregnancy is different though, so text me and we'll find the right timing for you.
I'm not showing much yet. Is it still worth it?
Absolutely. One of my mamas was 34 weeks and worried her bump wasn't big enough, and she ended up loving her photos. Light, angles and a little guidance go a long way.
Can my partner and kids be in the photos?
Yes, please! Partners and big siblings make some of the sweetest maternity images.
What should I wear?
Anything that makes you feel beautiful. Fitted or wrap styles show off the bump, and flowy dresses move gorgeously outdoors. Try to avoid large logos, neon colors, or busy patterns. Neutral tones with one or two accent colors photograph beautifully and timelessly.
How many photos will I get?
15, 20 or 30 edited images depending on your package, delivered in a private online gallery within 2 weeks.

Booking Retainer

A $75 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your photography session. This amount is applied toward the total session cost.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. All session fees must be paid in full before photography services begin.

Editing & Gallery Delivery

Editing and gallery preparation begin following the completed session, provided payment has been received in full.

Professionally edited galleries will be delivered within 14 days following the session.

Online galleries remain available for download for 30 days after delivery.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Booking retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and the terms outlined in the photography agreement.

Sessions may be postponed or canceled if payment is not received by the required deadline, in accordance with the photography agreement.

If weather becomes an issue, we will reschedule at no additional cost.

Life happens, and I always try to be understanding. The sooner you reach out, the more I can do to help.

Wedding Photography

Wedding bookings follow a separate payment schedule. A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the wedding date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.

RAW & Unedited Images

RAW and unedited images are not included with any photography service and will not be provided. All galleries are carefully reviewed, and the best usable images are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution format.

Duplicate images, test shots, missed focus, closed eyes, and other images that do not meet my professional standards are removed during the culling process. This ensures every image you receive represents the quality and style of Moments by Renae.

Photography Agreement

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, all photography sessions require a signed photography agreement and the applicable non-refundable booking retainer.

Your agreement will outline your session details, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling policies, image delivery, and other important information.

Your session is officially reserved once the signed agreement and required retainer have been received.
